refers to surplus or leftover fabric that is available only in limited quantities. This makes it unsuitable for mass production and deadstock usually ends up in landfill, incinerator or textile grinder. 

Baaa uses quality Czech deadstock fabric, because she likes to bring back to life rejected things, she likes to interpret the past in the context of present, one or two pieces tops.

are materials that don’t strain the environment during their production, use or disposal. 
Baaa makes sustainable clothes from Tencel fabric and Ecovero viscose, which are both plant-based and biodegradable, and use much less chemicals during production than conventional fabrics (they are certified for OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and OCS).
